I actually don’t think that bimbo ditziness is an issue of intelligence, as much as it is prioritizing what the mental energy is spent on. For example, a bimbo can be a veritable expert when it comes to calories in food, good exercising techniques, sex and blowjob techniques, etc.

But her lack of attention to anything relating to current affairs (politics, science, etc.), coupled with her bubbly personality, leaves most people with the impression that she’s a bit of a ditz.
